JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide support for users to operate computer hardware and software systems. The Technician has a responsibility to provide “Outstanding Customer Service”, responds in a timely manner to clients, and apply fixes to issues clients may have. Technicians will have knowledge of Intel based system units with particular emphasis on Windows Operating Systems, peripherals (printers) and installation of software applications.

Working experience in computer hardware, software, and applications

Comfortable in working within enterprise networks running on Windows Active Directory
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
Associates degree or 1 years in the field experience
Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
At least one technical certification from an approved list of vendors including CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, and VMware (or equivalent in training/education level)
